This past week, we climbed in the car and headed through widely varying landscape to Spokane, WA.  Martin had a conference but I had a writing retreat with my dear friend and wonderful fellow writer, Lindsay Joss-Iudicello!

We also ate a lot of good food, since Spokane has a wide variety of delicious options.  Martin and I are standing in front of Sushi.com, waving in good fortune with the cats behind us!
